I had been suspicious about this thing similar to @Cryptojew, I felt that "PL's" videos were starting to become too artistic and explicit and were clearly building up to something. The whole "Leaf was real" twist was just too much for me and my suspension of disbelief broke but was just as clueless to the truth as others so I just stayed quiet. The only thing that fully prevented me from believing he was a troll were the Pokemon Masters gems, actually playing to get all those non-paid gems during all this time is just way too autistic for someone to actually do it for an act. Or so I thought.

Congratulations John, you are a fucking genius and your autistic persona faking paid off big time. You are a master, even if not a pokemon master, and a very autistic one, but a master troll nonetheless. To what end who fucking knows, but you did it.

By the looks of it, it looks like a wisdom tooth. Apologies for both TMI and power levelling, but when I had one of my wisdoms taken out it looked real bad but not as bad as that. I would assume he had a procedure involving a tooth being removed, most likely a wisdom tooth.

IIRC wisdom teeth looking that bad tends to happen when they’re in a hard-to-reach spot, cleaning them via normal brushing gets difficult and it can lead to tartar buildup.

The Grinch Leak notably was built around the narrative it was a French guy who released the leaks - the main image floating around even had a French Snapchat caption.
