I did find the situation somewhat amusing when I thought it was just retaliation for Eric July flagging people but now that I know it's part of a months-long campaign to force cast Eric July as a new Maddox figure for The Dick Show it isn't really funny.

Honestly, there's literally nothing DIRECTLY to implicate Rekieta as being a bad father, or Kayla as an abusive mother - by CPS standards, even remotely.
Other than being staggering, slurring, drunk off his ass and claiming he's going to drive the kids somewhere in a couple hours, then taking another shot before mumbling and drooling his way through the rest of a stream, and according to his own statement, going to be driving them places after a couple hours of drunken stupor sleep.
Maybe that qualifies as good parenting in your book but I think it falls rather short.
I'm not saying call CPS. He could be lying about driving them in a couple hours. Maybe he's just drinking water with food coloring in it as an act. I don't have a Breathalyzer.
But this isn't a fucking court it's a forum and I'm pretty sure this asshole is drunk driving his kids around. If he is I hope some other parent from the homeschooling group notices and puts an end to it.
I have pretty high standards for what I'll actually call cops about, and have only reached it once about anything on this forum (other than just to call for information when a cow may have been arrested or have a court appearance). That was when some dude convicted of pimping out children was using a cell phone to post on Twitter from prison to the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch scumbags.
And I would indeed seriously agree with you and recommend absolutely nobody call CPS or do similar dumb bullshit based on circumstancial nonsense that may be convincing from a lay perspective but is almost certainly not going to interest law enforcement.
But I honestly couldn't give a flying fuck about Nick reeeeeeing about stuff people say about him here. If he has to he'll just make up outright lies anyway just like any other cow.
Also, honestly, just being constantly drunk around your kids is at least low-key abuse. It does your kids harm. You're presenting a bad example. He's well beyond just being a recreational drinker at this point.

At least EJ wasn't hypocritical about it and people were deliberately doing it to fuck up his livelihood, not just criticizing him.
I think the best lulz will be after the Monty case, especially if he loses and has to pay a hefty judgement along with forced CLE classes. The CLE classes would hit him harder than any monetary punishment, IMHO.
My favorite and most optimistic theory is so much evidence of him being a drooling incoherent drunk comes out during the case that they order him into rehab and suspend his license until he does.
