This is definitely what he gets out of it. He maintains this crossdressing persona but doesn't go full troon because the facade is that he's just a guy having fun (despite having surgery to alter his face and look more feminine).

If you look at Sodacat and Goonclown, their primary fetish is a sexual slippery slope of exposing themselves to as much porn as possible and sharing porn with as many people as possible.
