As said before he's mentioned gathering evidence in case he needs to contact police. At the same time, you usually keep that shit private (See: Vinny from Vinesauce mentioning three days after his BS allegations that he got lawyers involved, most likely a day after the allegations dropped). I wouldn't personally mention to the world "I am suing someone and in the process of getting any legal advice and help to get justice."
