They both have oppositional defiance disorder so I think that's the correct assessment, however; I think Rekieta has much more to lose with children and Lady Rackets so if he ended up in Lowtax's exact scenario (online life dead, no wife, no kids, no money) my bet would be on him doing the same thing.

Nah an experienced lawyer who knows law as a whole can never get fired from the business. After his internet career goes nowhere, there will be law firms ready to hire him. Even disbared lawyers can easily get in the government lobby and become law consultants giving legal advice. And i think he has a great network with people in the business, which is another plus.
