This is the analytics youtubers have to see and compare videos they have posted.

The down arrow means a video is not doing as good as it once was, or it did badly compared to other videos posted prior.

Youtubers have a top ten preforming videos that shows a list of them and will show how they compare to each other and show this symbol also.

This analytic though many youtubers can tell you doesn't impact the actual reach of the video aka not something to give a shit about.
