What? No it isn't. Posting someone's personal information by itself isn't a crime. It's only a crime if the information were obtained through surreptitious methods (for example, if someone installed a keylogger on your computer without your consent and used that to get access to your account passwords). People finding out things about you because you use the same username everywhere you go like an imbecile wouldn't count.
