The Arabs rolled the iron dice in 1948 and fucking lost. War is the final due process between states and the border lines are a result of that. So far the air strikes are getting results and as long as they can turn more of Gaza into rubble, I don't see the motivation for the IDF to press for a bloody ground offensive. In theory their only motivation would be to rescue the hostages, but we have to assume they are dead. Especially since we only saw like one clip from one hostage and hamas conveniently has them die in air strikes. The German government also stated that they had zero contact with the hostages which is uncommon. Normally you get at least proof of life, because the terrorist want to show you they still have a bargaining chip.
It's surreal though that they are looking like they are talking a sunday walk and aren't in a warzone where they could be ambushed. These people clearly don't give a fuck about dying.
That also my impression. Was talking to some real life friends (not right wing in any politically) and the topic came up and they all said they don't have any pity with the civilians in gaza. Not representative but something I just wouldn't hear before. All the grave dancing will eventually lead to people hating you.
Also a funny note from the insanity of German left wing politics:

IDF says it has seen an overwhelmingly positive response to the draft of reservists to fight in the expected ground offensive in the Gaza Strip.
In the 252nd Sinai Reserve Division, some 120% of reservists have shown up for duty according to the IDF, meaning many troops have arrived at the army’s assembly areas even without receiving a formal order.
The IDF says it has mobilized more than 300,000 troops in recent days, many of them being deployed to the Gaza border, as the army readies for a "coordinated attack from the air, sea and land.”

OSINT Researcher War Noir has brought to my attention the existence of the IMI M239 APAM 120mm NATO round. The round is a high explosive multi purpose projectile with programmable fusing.
