2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

Because you can hear a fucking jet flying overhead at the time, if you can hear the jet the bomb is already in flight. I wish people would stop fucking commenting when they have zero idea what kind of equipment Hamas uses. Their rockets are little more than the grenades dropped via drones in Ukraine. Their rockets are mainly propellant and see that cone? Its about the size a 40mm mortar round. If you think this dinky fucking rocket caused that explosion you need to get your fucking head checked, these things are more useful in just expending Israel's (more like the American) military budget via Iron Dome intercepts, these missiles cost a few hundred dollars in material, the Iron Dome / Patriot batteries cost 100k USD an intercept. These missiles barely blow up a car with a direct hit, blowing up a hospital and generating an explosion with such force that you get a visible shockwave is beyond them. It was just mere chance that Hamas or whomever was firing off rockets at the same time as this JDAM being dropped.

Damn, I know Palestinians are reduced to just lobbing homemade explosives at the Jews, but that's a tiny warhead even by the standards of explosives.

It's official: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel have broken up.

They aren't even friends anymore; KSA called Israel the "occupation forces".

Too bad, they made such a good couple.

Well looks like the case is closed. It came from Israel, the director of the Al-Ahli Baptist hospital clarifies that they were given warnings apparently saying "We warned you yesterday with two bombs. Why have you not evacuated the hospital until this moment?” Mystery solved.
Israel doing a "roof knock" before hitting a building fits their MO.

I hate the modern mentality that you need to side with the side that loses the most and suffers the most casualties. No, you side with whichever side is the closest to your own worldview and you root for them to hit the enemy harder than the enemy hit them.

This podcast made a really great point about the people doing stuff like posting charts of how many more Palestinians have been killed than Israelis:

Take one IDF soldier who, by accident or ignorance, fired a missile that killed several Palestinian children.

Take one Hamas guy who entered a civilian home and shot one child to death.

Which man would you rather live next door to?

According to this particular moral compass, the IDF guy is worse, right? So we should prefer to move in next to him?

Until you can honestly answer that you would prefer to have the Hamas guy taking his trash out next to yours every day, all the talk about "both sides are killing children" is just performative bullshit. You side with the people whose worldviews and values and power you want to win over the other one. For me, in this case it's the people who don't deliberately murder children. Apparently this is controversial, who knew.

What I don't understand is that there is a legitimate al jazeera took of the hamas rocket breaking up and falling on the hospital and the Arab world chimps out? Nigger what?
Rolling Stone already debooooonked that:

The debunking is convincing.

So now the question is,

Why are you spreading easily disproven lies as if they are facts, Rabbi?

Well it's expected at this point. like everyone else I wish for peace but this will only get worse before it gets better.

Does anyone have the actual video of the incident as it happened? Or can at least know where in this thread I can find it. Rocket Artillery is kinda my thing. If I can actually see what went down I may actually have actual expertise to apply. Search of youtube is useless. Its spammed with propaganda videos.
I've not seen this video debunked yet so here it is. To me this does look and sound like a JDAM.

Here's a thread with a shitload of information and receipts
But this GeoConfirmed thread is also quite convincing.

Gotta say though I'm leaning towards a plane dropped JDAM based on the explosion.

The Biden Administration, or better said, a faction within the administration, was working towards normalizing relations between the two, and was making good progress. Now all that hard work has gone up in smoke (no pun intended).

UPDATE: Israeli warplanes bombed Al Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City; More than 800 Palestinians were bombed
It's funny how overextended israel is whenever they try to make up propaganda. With this particular incident, they warned he people there they'd bomb the hospital, then posted on twitter an hour before the bombing even happened that a Hamas rocket backfired and blew it up and used a video from August 2022 as evidence. It's no wonder the generational gap is unreal when it comes to support of israel. Social media, particularly community notes on twitter just BTFOs propaganda within minutes of it first being posted.

Reminder that sometimes the IDF lies. From 2009:
https://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/meast/01/12/white.phosphorus/ (https://archive.ph/zZhtT)
Last week, an Israel Defense Forces spokesman told CNN: "I can tell you with certainty that white phosphorus is absolutely not being used."

Nine days later:
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2009/jan/21/gaza-phosphorus-shells (https://archive.ph/9SIpQ)
Israel has admitted – after mounting pressure – that its troops may have used white phosphorus shells in contravention of international law, during its three-week offensive in the Gaza Strip.

One of the places most seriously affected by the use of white phosphorus was the main UN compound in Gaza City, which was hit by three shells on 15 January. The same munition was used in a strike on the al-Quds hospital in Gaza City the same day.

Under review by Colonel Shai Alkalai is the use of white phosphorus by a reserve paratroop brigade in northern Israel.

According to army sources the brigade fired up to 20 phosphorus shells in a heavily built-up area around the Gaza township of Beit Lahiya, one of the worst hit areas of Gaza.

The American, Russian, Ukranian, and other countries' armies lie too. This kind of malice and/or incompetence is by no means unique to the IDF. Just take any "official confirmation" with roughly a Dead Sea's worth of salt.

Don't worry: Tel Aviv and Riyadh will make up again right on time for the next 9/11 ... just like they teamed up on the last one.

I'm mostly more curious at this point why the IDF regarded it as a target. Was Hamas using it as a firing spot?

Israel, bro... I'm not mad you did it. I'm just mad you lied about it.
In my uneducated opinion das a bomb

Thank you!

That was not a JDAM. It was a Ground to Ground Rocket. Example impact.

Note the similar blast spread, and the total silence except in the moment right before impact. 1 to 1.

Bet big money this was an Israeli Army strike, which is why the Air Force and Strategic leadership were spinning their wheels, and was fired in response to the rocket that went up and made a big radar target. Probably an Israeli ground launched Predator Hawk. They knew the hospital was near the launch site so they fired what they thought was a precision weapon, but fucked up somehow.
