Saudi Arabia has issued a statement condemning Israel in the Hospital Bombing. Even if proved it wasn't Israel, SA is not the type of country to revoke a statement either.
Having SA against Israel on this issue is...huge.
Information good and bad is simply traveling too fast for proper analysis and statements and positions are being taken on incomplete information. We do not know what is the good or bad information and yet positions have been struck. In such a hostile data environment, the goal is to saturate media with your position because most persons will hold onto their original assessment and will be very hard to have their minds changed.
Even if the IDF or Hamas came up with "conclusive proof" of the other's lies, it now is not relevant as far as their audience is concerned.
Israel has lost the PR Battle, and a war is lost or won before the troops ever hit the ground. They will no doubt defeat Hamas, but that is just a battle. The War for their legitimacy has been lost in the Middle East entirely, and it won't matter what we hear on our radios in the West, it only matters what the Middle East decides locally.
And the Middle East has decided Israel did it, they are monsters, and they're animals committing war crimes. It is
not possible for the West to come out of this unscathed, because regardless of the position taken by the West or Europe there is no right position to take, only degrees of wrong positions.
