I don't know who this 'Flutter' chick is, but I still kinda have a bad feeling about it. To my knowledge this is the first time Chris actually talks about her directly.

As for Chris and his (lack of) honesty. He's probably bullshitting most of the way through the video, but the thing about him is that you can always gleam some measure of truth through his ramblings.

He says he never fucks his mother, and he hates Janke for essentially wanting him to kill himself.... Translates too...

Was there ever any evidence besides Chris's own admission? Because there's a legal concept called corpus delecti which essentially means there needs to be actual evidence the crime occurred? Ex., you can't just walk into a police station and say, "I drove drunk last night, arrest me" because it's pretty much impossible to corroborate.

Further to my post above about Barb and rape kit, this was the basis of the speculation for the rape kit.
