I'm missing a lot of context here. Not sure if I am getting any of this...

Short version:

Back when GG began, Wu got involved with the Rat King that is Quinn's clique because of several incidents - one in which she had been doxed, and the @Chatterwhiteman tweets, also known as the Death To Brianna tweets. These were the ones that infamously led to Wu "fleeing her home" and claiming she had been the victim of a sustained campaign of attack. Wu pointed to this incident so commonly that it was a centerpiece on The Internet Ruined My Life. At the time, it was quickly revealed that SomethingAwful was the party behind the Chatterwhiteman tweets.

The interesting part comes in when we see Secret Gamer Girl's admission. We know that a huge portion of Quinn's buddies are former SA alumni that were banhammered for excessive autism, and we know conversely that a lot of them maintained strong ties to SA until their meatpuppets too were given the boot. Correlation is not causation, but these people aren't exactly known for subtlety or common sense, as evidenced by how many of them are blatantly fucking insane.

The leaks establish a strong possibility, given all this, that the Chatterwhiteman attacks, originally dismissed as an SA prank, came from Quinn's clique in the first place.

The tone of the people in the chatroom suggests that Secret Gamer Girl was telling the truth. They don't act at all incredulous when she states that Chelsea's minions doxed Flynt. Except for Chelsea, that's the problem. The tone may be damning, but tone has little forensic value while Dr. Internet's actual words in the chat are saying it's not true.

However, Flynt may not be content to forgive and forget, and he's certainly proven his lack of tactical thinking before. He wants to stay in the spotlight by any means possible, and this may be just the ticket.

I don't know if it is capped, but I believe there is something on the stream where the chatters mention how nearly everyone in the 'anti' side is a reformed/former troll or something like that.

Dunno, abysmal judgment is kind of a hallmark of hers, and in this case it's not that bad of judgment because she has nothing to lose. It'll also be hard for Chelsea to defend against this allegation, because:

1. The evidence is on Wu's side, and

2. Wu may very well have more information that could really damage Chelsea.
