You wouldn't be in a polycule, I hope, but imagine you're back in your late teens/early twenties with a close friend group where everyone knows everyone and every change in relationship has repercussions. Maybe a bunch of you are rooming together. There's a know-it-all but everyone's used to him, a mooch but everyone's used to him, then someone brings in a low-rent manic pixie girlfriend, it changes the whole dynamic, and your friend group as well as your lease gets broken. For a life where nothing major happens and nobody knows how to cope with it, this is huge.

Now imagine someone films all of that teen relationship drama and releases an honest-to-God documentary film, to everyone on the planet, and the film says the reason the gang had to move and aren't talking to each other is all your fault and they use your name and face and everything.

I'm astounded that Bonnie isn't posting up a storm about this, threatening legal action or mob justice.

I got this screenshot back when the Vice special was released on YouTube, but never got around to posting it until now. A well-meaning but naive straight guy (or maybe an actual troll, idk) makes an... interesting comment in passing.

Oh, and obviously the dog flying out the window. Even hearing about that could have been traumatic.
How are these men so globally incompetent this kind of shit is always happening because of them? I've never even known anyone else to lose a dog that way because they're not complete retards.

Ash is a fucking piece of shit, a much bigger tranny ball/amhole licker than any kind of artist, film maker, documentarian, or decent person. He is willing to cover up for these freaks more than cover the untold numbers of completely preventable alpaca deaths. Like those retards that accidentally film a crime but refuse to admit owning footage because ACAB or because the perpetrator was black or muslim or something.

I have seen dogs fall out of car windows and flung out of truck beds, it really sucks and an ounce of forward-thinking and planning would have prevented it. Troons are incapable of both things, something demomstrated well during the Tenacious Unicron Saga.

I remember thinking this was bullshit when it happened. There is absolutely no way this could be true, as it’s the most fucking ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.

It’s fucking bonkers-but then I remember who these people are.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped, forced the dog out of the car and then drove off and abandoned it, later making up the story about it jumping out of the window so they didn't look like such pieces of shit. And there was no way in hell any of the dogs on the tranch were microchipped and registered, so there's no way the dog would ever be linked back to them.

I thought the story was that Skye got in an accident and the dog was ejected from the car when it rolled over? I remember pics of a car that was totaled but I could be wrong about my Trach history.

Regrettably, it happens. I remember I googled for news articles about “dog falling out of car window” and there were several in the same week, even one in Colorado that wasn’t this one.

We may have speculated about that, but there’s no hint of that from any telling.

Almost a year ago the ranchers did a 2+ hour Q&A with Red Planet, a neo-Marxist LARP collective that's mentioned on the BreadTube wiki.
I started grabbing some clips at the time, but never finished, and eventually forgot about it.
When the Tranch documentary was released I remembered still having this around, so I went back to it.

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znYtkrjsb3k

Note that some of the timecoded YouTube links are inaccurate because I originally capped these clips from Red Planet's Twitch channel, and the version on YouTube has been edited.

Kevin: "I will say a lot of people think it's what they want, and it just doesn't work out"

Penny: "Everything goes into a trust ... If you own property inside of a collective the best way to protect yourself is to hold it in trust and then name the members of the collective as trustees on that trust, therefore everybody has a say in what's done with everything. I predict this is an empty threat and Bonnie is too lazy to do anything besides tweeting angrily about it.

How are these men so globally incompetent this kind of shit is always happening because of them? I've never even known anyone else to lose a dog that way because they're not complete retards.
The only reasonable assumptions are these:
1) The story is false. They deliberately threw it out and claimed it was an accident to avoid responsibility for their actions, same as always.
2) The story is true, because the dog couldn't face another night of rape or wanted to escape the stench, and decided to make his great escape before he ended up in the alpaca pit.

I believe the dog thing happened exactly as described. I have not know anyone to lose a dog this way but I've know a few retarded dogs who did something very similar (some variation of "was rolling down the window to talk to someone and fido saw something he wanted and just launched" the most common being "Slowed down for retarded deer, but pulled off the side to chase my retarded dog who decided he had to chase the retarded deer"), just the car wasn't moving at highway speeds so there was no dog soup.

When driving with the windows down, people usually either ensure their dog is well trained enough to remain in the vehicle until the door is opened, or they don't open the window enough for puppy to be able to use it as an exit.

It's pretty likely Bonnie reads the thread, so I'd wager he found out about the narrative when we did. He absolutely would have seen the documentary had been released and he featured in promotional materials and the trailer (so he knows he was included in the release).

I'm pretty sure unless you have substantial cause you can't really retroactively revoke your consent after signing a release form, which if Ash is competent he would have arranged well in advance. It sounds like Ash cut a lot of the fraught stuff when shit started hitting the fan, so allowed Bonnie to withdraw consent during the process, but the stuff already shot is fair game. Then most of the damning footage comes from the Tranchers shit talking Bonnie, which hw obviously has no control over.

Think about it - Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin couldn't stop Tiger King portraying them in a negative light. Carole did try to block Tiger King 2, but had already signed away her rights to future use of the footage despite "not agreeing to it" and "asking not to be included".

Whilst this rinky dink production company Ash is connected to doesn't have Netflix lawyers, they will have legal representation, while Bonnie works some dead end job somewhere and had until recently been begging for donations to pay Kindness's rent and munchausen fees. He can't afford a lawyer, and I doubt any pro bono lawyers are going to take on a case of "I dropped out of a documentary and the rest of the documentary has people saying mean things about me :(", so it's not like he can even launch a vexatious legal case to spook them.

He doesn't have a leg to stand on, he's just saying he'll be taking hush-hush legal action to try and discredit the documentary's portrayal of him, and then because it's "legal proceedings" he'll just pretend he can't discuss an ongoing court case and then never mention it again in the hopes it'll be forgotten about by anyone who still follows him (does anyone still follow him? A few of his followers called him out because Penny's narrative was already splashed all over twitter). At most he'll download a free cease and desist template letter and send it off to Ash or whatever.

I dunno, I should have posted the whole exchange:

I don’t see why that wouldn’t be true. Like, we only found out we could watch it via some Reddit autist monitoring obscure film festival websites. Have Kevin and co made any acknowledgment of it? They did about the Vice one, so I’m willing to bet they aren’t aware it’s “released” either.
I guess this would also prove that none of them do read the thread any more, which I could also believe, due to the total KF victory in outlasting the Tranch.

All that said, I agree, he’s not suing nobody.

Is Penny going to lift profits off the ticket sales, or who does that money go to anyway?
It almost certainly goes to the film festival? Silent Crow or whatever may get a token royalty payment. I highly doubt any money goes back to the subjects of the documentary, even if there is any money worth a damn in the first place.

I mean this hasn’t really been released, it’s been sent out to die. Zero fanfare. The website and Twitter pages were purged just before it started to be shown.
