Just an observation, but wouldn’t Hamas have more to gain by lying about an atrocity than Israel? Hamas’s game plan is pretty much predicated on the rest of the Arab world getting involved.
Hell even the U.S. support for Israel would be called into question if Hamas continently had an atrocity happen to them.
Yeah, it makes no sense for Israel to bomb a hospital. If they wanted to commit civilian attrocities, they could have from day 1 and at any time. The same way the US military has to account for practically every missile, bomb, and military action- so does Israel. If they want to commit an attrocity, just turn the water off for a week and you will literally have mass casualties.
Know who doesn't and can't account for everything? Hamas or the numerous terrorist groups in Gaza.
Know who put their own population at risk to try to draw in the arab states? Hamas.
Know who hides weapons among civilians, purposely? Hamas.
Even without Israeli evidence, the chances are far more likely that this was Hamas or a similar group, frankly.
