Super Mario Bros Wonder - furrybait

So I should buy Wonder then?
Seems solid enough, I see it like the perfect rental game, but not something to return to a lot like Mario Maker or the classics (Mario All-Stars). Modern Mario & DK are pretty much one and dones to me.

found a nintendo employee
It depends on what he means by one of the best platformers. Top 5? Top 10? Definitely not, but TF would be a pretty easy inclusion on a top 25 or something imo.

I feel 60 bucks is too much for that kind of Mario game to me. I think it should be about 30 or 40.
This is how I feel about both Wonder and Superstars. I haven't played much of both, but enough to get a feel for them and I'm aware both aren't exactly rife with the most content. They're both perfectly serviceable games (Wonder being a bit better imo), but the price tag on them is just insane for what you're getting. $30 is more than fair for either, but Nintendo being Nintendo, Wonder will probably not see that price till halfway through the Switch 2's lifespan. I'd definitely say wait until you can get them for cheaper, $60 is just way too much.

I fucking hate game journalists.

Well I've been playing up until world 2 (3 if you count the tutorial one), and I've been having fun. It's way more fresh that the snoozefest that was the NSMB series, and while not completely comparable, better than the clusterfuck that was Odyssey.

I especially enjoy the badge challenge levels, which on higher difficulties are ducking right. Normal levels are okay but some of them could've been just a little bit longer. That being said the wonder sections really make the levels interesting with at least up to this point no 2 being the same. Too bad after getting through them there's really nothing to replay.

Coop is really good, they really nailed it this time. Instead of other players being a nuisance in the level, we've really played off of each other more than not.

That being said it's just a Mario game, there isn't a LOT of depth here, just casual fun. But I can see they finally fucking tried to do something new rather than doing New Super Peach Bros featuring Dante from the DmC Devil May Cry Series

I decided to preload it. I'll take the word of fellow Kiwis that the game is good. I intend on playing the game as a red Yoshi though since this game is trippy and he already has a drug habit.

Idk why but I was curious about this game and attempted to emulate this. Even when following the instructions to fix it I still hit a frozen grey screen. Perhaps when the full version is out I'll try it again.

Playing the game has been fun yet uncomfortable due to the OBVIOUS FETISH SHIT.
The elephant versions of the women look so bloated and shiny— like balloon toys. With their underwear showing. I’ve seen this deviantArt/furraffiny shit since the 00s.
Also there’s really bloated looking enemies like the Hoppos. They all have that “overly stuffed and miserable” look to them them that I’ve seen shared by too many lol cows
Is this just because I’ve been corrupted by looking at furry lolcows?

And looking at the MyNintendo Reward pages it looks like there’s an icon of a slime ball Mario? Jfc.

So we went from talented voice actors to inclusivity/diversity hires and YouTubers/Streamers.

And people thought the likes of Chris Pratt and Seth Rogan were as bad as they could get.
It was inevitable. Like when Lindsay Ellis (Nostalgic Chick) was hired by PBS to discuss literature. Companies are going to hire anyone popular enough without realize the majority of them don't have any real experience.

The more and more I play the more these all feel like scatterbrained Mario Maker made levels-- it's like this game was just made to be Super Mario Maker 3 assets.
While glazed with gross fetishes.
And now I'm learning they've hired tumblr tards-- thanks Kiwis, I wish I didn't know that.

I regret spending money on this game.
