I think a lot of other people have talked about how Nick could simply just cover the court case and doesn't need Josh to communicate with him in order to do so. I think other people have also mentioned how disingenuous Nick is in this video. They've mentioned his lovebombing. The even mentioned his big, red nose and balldo.

What nobody has mentioned yet is that Nick stated that he sent this message while he was taking a piss. This implies one of two things:
1) Nick is peeing while sitting down, like a girl.
2) An absolute lush is texting one-handed over an open toilet and has yet to drop his phone or piss all over the place to the point it's been a noted problem.

Now, while #2 is a possibility, it should be noted that the solution to such a problem would be being forced to resort to #1, most likely by his loved ones getting tired of dealing with his piss all over the floor or finding pee-smelling dry rice out again.
