Just goes to show that Rev60 was never intended to be a legitimate series with fleshed out characters, just a very simple plot about totally awesome women that don't need no men without having any backstory in-universe.

Mass Effect meets Heavy Rain" indeed.

I just started playing ME again because I felt like it and all the characters have clear motivations and backstories associated with them. Shit, the races have distinct backstories as a whole, as does the political sphere. Everything really.

Who is the Liana they are talking about? Is it Liana Kerzner? That's the only Liana I remember related to gamergate.

The problem with this would be that any "attack" from Brianna would be based on (flimsy) evidence and the SJWs don't really care about evidence anyway because if they did they wouldn't be supporting Quinn or Wu in the first place. Quinn has more power at the moment (plus she doesn't look like a turtle skeleton so more thirsty followers). There is not much Brianna can do about it unless she plays her oppression trump card :pickle: but she is not going to do that since she wants to be seen as a natal woman. Not to mention that attacking Zoe on that issue is basically admitting that the harassment she was whining about wasn't real.

Liana Kerzner. She's like Felicia Day, if she actually cosplayed and played video games, and didn't regularly gargle Wil Wheaton's balls. Even though LK is a feminist, she's more in line with Christina Hoff Sommers and Camille Paglia instead of Andrea Dworkin and bell hooks. Quinn and her goons had it out for Liana because she tried to remain fair and neutral about gamergate instead of pushing the "gopherguts is racist and sexist!" narrative.

I think that question puts Wu on edge because it could be referring to the history of the characters themselves - i.e. "Socially Unconscious".

To the contrary, there is that giant book of setting bullshit about the game's world. Full of barely altered stock 3D assets (plenty of space AK's in the weapons section) and purple prose about everything EXCEPT what actually matters in the game. And nothing about the characters, not because they aren't fleshed out, but because they're so hollow and vapid - they have nothing TO them in the first place.

Because John fell in love with the game when he still had some obsession with trying to be a journalist or reporter, also he was a sci-fi geek. So it's highly likely that he was totally immersed in this absurd game pretending to be a space reporter having sexy dance-offs just like princess peach helped him pretend to be a girl as a kid. I just did a quick search for SC5 fanfics and was actually surprised not to find anthing from wu. It's likely that wu progressed from using characters to live fantasy and started co-opting their features and personalities into his sonichu by this point.

I'm surprised that we haven't located some extremely embarrassing erotica featuring the holiday or brea characters yet.

Seriously Wu you're a grown man. They teach that shit in english in high school.

If you can't answer a simple question such as "who are your characters" you clearly don't give a shit about the product you work on.

But then again, this was never about producing quality content. This whole thing was a giant "notice me senpai" for being bullied in your past life. John was just a fat, lonely and bullied individual until gamergate came along.

Its why he keeps delaying rev60, he has no gains by releasing it. Since gamergate, Wu is no longer a nobody.
