No dude. It's not. It's that
that specific alliance is
dumb. What's offensive is thinking that Nick would ever have an alliance with Null in good faith, or that there's
anything of value Nick could offer Null right now.
You signed up for the Farms in August, and as soon as Greer won his appeal, you seem convinced that the sky is falling and Null needs to enter into "alliances" with unsavory Internet personalities and lolcows (like Nick) to save the Farms or some shit.
I would advise you to sit down, take a chill pill, and read up on the history of the Farms sometimes. The Farms has stood alone, or nearly alone, against numerous threats before. It's part and parcel of being the most "notorious" site on the Internet. Of course such "alliances" are rare.
I also think the whole thing is a moot point anyways, because I doubt very much Null is interested in taking up Nick on his "offer." You're just gonna shed a lot of goodwill by pressing for something that nobody likes, would be of limited value, and is not likely not gonna happen anyways.

This is them once again not understanding anything that goes on here at the Farms. July has an account here. July got a fair amount of shit from the CG thread.
@Mister Dongs could probably tell you all about that. In fact, I'm pretty sure Dongs sparred directly with July on several occasions. This happened a while back. Before all this shit.
IIRC, a common complaint about July is that he's thin skinned. In the month or so before this drama really kicked off, he also caught shit in the CG thread for flagging people.
So, he's "known" to some extent.
The issue with July being designated as a cow isn't so much "tribalism," as it is the fact his exploits mainly involve esoteric alt-comics shit that few people on the wider site give a shit about. There's a LOT of CG personalities that you could argue are cows, but there's no threads on them because there's little broader interest outside of those that follow CG. There's even a few CG personalities that
DO have threads, but they get low traffic.
Liam Gray, for example, is 1000% a lolcow.
WAY worse than July. Look at paucity of traffic on his thread though. It's not that the OP doesn't establish how he's a cow, or everybody loves Liam. It's simply that few people care. And he's probably one of the more accessible personalities when it comes to CG lolcows that somebody not familiar with CG can laugh at.
Another problem is that, within the current situation, people are seeing the actions of his detractors as far more humorous or pathetic, so naturally the focus is gonna be on them.
Put another way, July isn't really "protected." It's just that Nick, Vito, Dick and Riley are simply far more fun to laugh at given the current situation. I don't think anybody can be blamed for thinking so.
