As for Millie doing OF, while I hope not, it's not outside the possibility. I assumed Lindsay wouldn't because I figured her and Michael would be fine, but then they're both on board. Then, when AH started getting into livestreaming and needed a "Head of streaming" they gave the job to Mica instead of him. The guy with experience and understanding of how streaming works. I can imagine that might've helped hasten his departure.
