I just checked and it's just thematic. The invite link in his video descriptions still works fine and let you access the full server. Seems like the admins on the server just like to theme it in relation to whatever is going on at the time, when I first took the screenshots I think it was themed to be something about Israel and Palestine, and in the past it was themed for a COVID lockdown.

It's not an American accent, he just uses retarded youtuber inflections/pronunciations in his voice. He's from Birmingham and to be fair he doesn't have their typical awful 'brummie' accent, but his weird pronunciations of words mixed with a nasally voice are fucking awful to listen to.
