Yeah and the saline ones don't feel as real. They're usually more firm, interesting enough. The silicone ones are the goopy gel stuff - medical grade silicone - and they're encased in a stretchy casing. Modern silicone implants aren't that unsafe unless you get off-brand sketchy ones. The trusted brands are basically indestructible by blunt force alone.

Someone else noted the polypropylene string implants which is basically putting an irritating foreign body object in the breast casing and allowing them to cause the breasts to swell with fluid as an inflammatory reaction. I cannot imagine it doesn't hurt like a motherfucker, and as noted it causes consistent growth. They're super gross and cause horrible breast deformities. Idk if they would work in trannies since they have a male chest without the same breast structures. When I said he'd post pictures in less than a month, I knew it was an overestimation, but not to the point of it actually being two days after I made that prediction.
