I can't help but wonder... AFAIK breast implants can be a bitch to heal even with true and honest women, especially depending on what route they were inserted (armpit, under the tiddy, etc).
Regardless of where exactly they were inserted, I know one thing is true: with Kev's hygiene habits, infection is very much possible. I'm also going to assume that he'll have some hypertrophic scarring. It's hard to tell with his man-bra on, but I wonder why he didn't get the stereotypical bolt-ons?
