That guy already was a millionaire business man. 5k is nothing to him. Bossman was broke (literally not a dollar to his name) a few days ago. It's completely different
Allan Erlick, apparently, sold his business and does Uber sometimes. It's hard to tell what's happened to him really, his online info trails off around 2020. Last I see is Louis Theroux saying that wasn't really true about Uber. The main thing was he didn't seem to enjoy it, winning or losing heh. He seemed like a nice enough guy though.
ETA and going over some of these videos, this guy is worse than living with a raging alcoholic. His parents will be lucky if he doesn't murder-suicide them soon. He's the real deal. Jeez.
ETA Again, watching him on Kick live now, he doesn't even remember what he was betting earlier today. Had to look back and do the math on what he was even batting and came out to $250 on a win and said that was a lot. He was doing $2k bets all the time.
I've known a mid tier Pro gambler, and he said it was almost always miserable.
If I'm going to gamble more than a $5 lotto once a month, it's going to be at a real and regulated casino with free drinks. I'm lucky, I get sick of gambling after losing a few hundred and have only done 4 or 5 times ever. I played some online ones way back, Golden Palace style days. I noticed pretty quick how you'd hit constantly on the demo. I put in $100, lost $80 of instantly, no wins. They wouldn't give me my $20 back after a full week on hold, and I had to call and their 'pit boss' jackass just yelled at me. Finally got it after 2 weeks. They aren't regulated, their payback is whatever. Real Atlantic City/Vegas ones are 80% payout on slots, legally. Indian casinos are also hit and miss on slots, never know for sure what they payout % is.
And needless to say, Keno is one of the worst house edge games there is.
