I think Corissa is referring to her panic disorder as OCD, and to be fair I've heard professionals refer to it as OCD as well. She has brought up her panic attacks and agoraphobia before, but I doubt she has severe cases of either.

I don't remember her mentioning being affected by any nasty panic attacks in recent history, and they're significant enough that I'm positive she would have mentioned it. She'd get lots of attention and ass-patting for detailing her heroic struggles with fear so bad that it caused her to curl up into a ball, so she'd most likely mention it to followers.

In the OP, there's a 2019 post where she refers to having had "panic attacks in the past." I'm bad at searching this site for specifics, but I did find this early post of hers on IG that also mentions it:
