I mean we already know Nick doesn't care about his kids,
He's certainly not winning father of the year. Your post reminded me of something I missed in the re-cap:

Nick doesn't generally talk with much detail about any of his kids but did so last night towards the end. He talked in non-original way about how many kids to have. The typical: The third is the hardest bc you're outnumbered and after that it's all just acceptable chaos. Anyway he spoke about his eldest girl for the first time that I recall.

What I can recall that he or Kayla has said about the kids...
  • Child 1 (son - age 15): Nerdy af (there are pics out there). Was supposedly reading at 2 yo. With age, his humor is showing itself to be like his father, per Kayla. He's musical. Considered going to real school but decided against it bc he loves the co-op. He has his Learners Permit and will be driving soon. Kayla is teaching him.Nick is terrified by the prospect of him driving.
  • Child 2 (son - age 12 or 13): I've never heard this child mentioned.
  • Child 3 (daughter - age 10): All new info from last night - she's on the quiet side but is hilarious when he takes her on 1-on-1 daddy adventures to the grocery store. She makes fun of him all the time, particularly about his nose. She's into ballet (there's info out there).
  • Child 4 (daughter - age 8-9): This is the daughter that Nick calls a terrorist, or something - he said it on a Locals. Very physically violent with her sibs but then gets very sweet. Nick implied she's bipolar-ish in her mood swings. Nick loves her the most. He's basically said that. She's the one with night terrors, per Nick. Nick's often had to go off-screen to calm her. Her birth was the most traumatic, IIRC.
  • Child 5 (daughter - age 5-6): We've seen her several times. She comes in asking for goodnight hugs around midnight, or later, Nick's time.
Edit: Clean-up and I recalled the co-op info.

Edit II: Also recalled that one or both of the boys wants to be a YouTuber. Nick's said that there's been conversations about if that goal can be allowed. The idea is that it would be a musical channel, IIRC.

I did a little digging and got the Arkansas laws and definitions related to it.
To me, it doesn't even matter if Riley and that other dipshit actually broke the law. If you get too mired in that you'd be giving Nick what he wants. To try and make everything a legal matter where he can flex his credentials and pull the wool over people's eyes.

Words have meaning outside of the legal sense. @Pippa's Greasy KB's is correct that desecration is a wholly appropriate word to use per the dictionary. It's not an exclusively legal word.

What Nick's doing here is on par with that that time Ty Beard unironically argued before a court that that Vic can't be "a piece of shit" because a piece of shit would be mean that he's literal fecal matter. Like I was pro-Vic, and I cringed over that one. It was a sign of things to come.

This is why so many people hate lawyers. When they're good, they're useful. When they're bad, you want to throw them in a wood chipper.

EDIT: Pippa said it, not Strix. My apologies.

You are forcing me to defend Chrissie Mayr, which is a position I don't care to be in.

Perhaps she doesn't meet your esoteric definition of a "road comic". But she's a constantly touring professional comedian (pre-pregnancy at least) with other side ventures of varying degrees of success.

And I don't know what to make of using Kevin Brennan as the gatekeeper of comedy. A man who for years hung around Anthony Cumia's studio for 100$ pity bucks until he finally chimped out one day.
I got no horse in this race but Kevin comes off like a bitter crab in the bucket. Would someone more familiar with their beef explain what’s got him so agitated? Or is it really just him not liking that she calls herself a road comic?

Nick was only interested in learning the law so he could figure out how to justify his most degenerate behavior within the letter of it.

Honestly that’s why I loved Johnny Cochran. Sure he was silly, but he spoke with plain, easy to understand English, didn’t try to use any weasel words to sound smart, and made valid common sense arguments rather than skirt around the law.

The glove not fitting had a lot of holes in it as far as a legal argument goes, but you know what? It makes sense to assume that if the “smoking gun” evidence couldn’t have been used by the accused, that it must be a bad argument.

I was just using the Arkansas definition to show that even if it wasn’t a crime, the law would also consider it desecration

Kevin’s entire brand is being a grumpy old man. There are a lot of reasons not to like Chrissie, but Kevin and the other veteran comics don’t seem thrilled that she pretends to be one. Chrissie and her husband Frank have tried multiple times to get his YouTube channels suspended, so it’s gloves off.

Kevin is still bitter that his brother hitched his wagon to Dave Chappelle while Kevin was begging Cumia for money to be on Cumpound.

The idea that rekieta is representing dick, Vito, and Riley is really compelling to me. You don’t want to be seen bad mouthing your own clients in an open way and keeping it at that really minimal “oh once you get to know them they’re great!” Is just his lawyer attempt at keeping up the airs that there is no professional connection between them.

With regard to Chrissie, he’s bitter that she and her husband have been trying for years to get his YouTube channel suspended. That’s reasonable.

Tragically for Vic, Rekieta and Ty Beard fell into the latter category.
I wonder how much Nick’s accelerated drinking is attributable to him being exposed as a legal retard who screwed Vic over while pretending to be some kind of law expert.

I'd say it's completely attributed to that. The Depp/Rittenhouse coverage simply camouflaged that very fact and delayed the inevitable.

This section would make for an interesting clip. His claim the farms are no different than ResetEra or /pol/ and yet at the same time have no power. ResetERA has massive pull in the games industry and /pol/ literally was used to spread qanon. Not saying the farms has any influence but he really used pisspoor examples.
I think he means "Pretty Ugly Little Liars" (PULL). That's the gossip forum where people spread accusations and rumors about Vic Lasagna.

Getting OT, but I think it's fucking weird how 60 to 80% of comics seem to be lol cows who start a podcast trying to be Rogan and then get in weird parasocial drama spirals.
They can call themselves comics just as easily as they can call themselves beautiful and intelligent. That doesn’t make it true.
