As a first step, Dave needs to lose about 80 pounds. I never see him mention this, and he may unaware or in denial about how fat he is.

It's already been mentioned in this post by @iaafts that Dave was a member of the bands SanSerif, Treasure Junkie, and Nick and the Fireflies. He was also in a band called Perfect Nine. I came across the archives of their website on the Wayback Machine.

Some Dave updates.
On Oct. 20, the grand jury indicted Dave for two counts of felony harassment and one count of felony theft. Dave's arraignment is scheduled for Monday, October 30th at 1:30 PM CT. There is a virtual hearing option, so if I can, I'll try to keep an eye on it. Link
On Oct. 22, Dave streamed on Facebook. The last twenty minutes or so were gold (relevant snip below).

- Dave now says Joe kicked him out of the house at 17 for dropping out of high school. He was forced to "convince" his younger girlfriend (not her parents, mind you) to let Dave move in. Lliving in the Muscato household entailed being in school, and Dave wanted to drop out (or had dropped out) to pursue his music career
- Since November 2022, Dave repeatedly confronted his parents, not to harass them, but to work out the terms of an alleged settlement to avoid Dave suing them -- since neither they nor their lawyer wants to speak to him, he is considering restarting the lawsuit.
- Dave may call UPenn tomorrow to let them know that alumnus Dr. Joe is an abuser and should not be involved in admissions interviews (which might qualify as harassment).
- More to say, but TOR is giving me grief, and the cocktails is kicking in, so have at the material!
- ETA: A friend and I have been discussing Dave's behavior, reminds us of a segment from the BBC radio/TV series Jam -- in the sense of Dave creating a narrative for himself in which he "cannot lose" (either he wins or the game is rigged: enjoy if you like; ignore otherwise. i'll probably have more thoughts when i'm not too high to watch that whole video but i just wanna say if you are a 39 year old man still complaining about your dad yelling at you during band practice in high school then you are failing at life. even if your parents were actually abusive, part of growing into your adult self is figuring out how to come to terms with that shit so you can shed the baggage and move forward. and if your parents are toxic then you cut them off.

I clipped the part where Dave says he's going to sue his dad, even though "it's gonna take years and he's never gonna pay … I really wish he would just die. I'm not gonna kill him, but like, I really wish he would just drop dead." He would even dance on the occasion, despite his chronic back pain!
Dave loves all this. Anything to distract himself from the failure his life has become. I grabbed another clip that made me chuckle where he angrily drinks some water.

Wow, Dave actually looked... normal. What wires got fried in his brain to make him what he is today, I wonder.
Can't help but get a bit of the feels thinking that his parents probably still keep photos of Dave from this part of his life around so they can remember how their son used to be. Maybe in their bedroom where he wouldn't see them and freak out when he still lived with them.

Do you think he believes he will get an inheritance when dear daddy drops dead? Because I'm sure he got written out of the will a while ago. I don't wish any ill upon Mr Muscato but I know the shit fit Dave will throw when he realizes everything's been left to his brother will be hilarious.

I doubt he's written out of the will, but I do think he is going to get some very small amount of money. Perhaps single digits, that way it'll be easier for his brother (s?) to fight him on contesting it. Can't say he was forgotten if he gets something.

I could see his parents possibly setting up a trust for him with regular distributions. That way, he gets an allowance so he's not living on the streets, but can't go and blow it all at once on a new guitar collection or something.

I hate this so much. The man literally cannot stop posting things that will be cited in the extortion case. I feel like I'm watching Cops and screaming NO DO NOT CONSENT when the moron says "sure" to the cop that asks if he can search the car clearly full of contraband.
