Now that I think about it, this guy has to have the same strain of autism Tomlinson does. And I feel bad for comparing the two because Tomlinson isn't nearly as much of a loser as Nikolas. Tomlinson's gotten it on with at least two different women while the last time Nikolas got his dick wet was when his mom forced him to take a shower. Plus if Tomlinson got mad at a fourteen year old, he'd threaten her directly instead of summoning a PA. But getting back on topic, they clearly have similar mannerisms.

Yep, Tomlinson isn't nearly as much of a loser as Nikolas and is more socially adept too. They both get into fights with children on the Internet, but Talbott is much more autistic than Tomlinson.

Tomlinson has been able to go through multiple friendly interviews with the media and knows how to act like a normal human being; Patrick Tomlinson just doesn't like to act normal because he has really bad ODD. On the other hand, Talbott appears to believe that there are other people who will agree with him and be friends with him, despite everybody telling him to his face that he is unwelcome.

As such, Nikolas is terrible at reading the room and drives people away unintentionally, while Patrick just has a mental illness in which he drives people away intentionally.
