The thing that worries me is not diversity hires in general in aviation, that's been going on for a while and generally the US system is pretty good at weeding out the actual morons. But that those with a diagnosed mental illness(Transgenderism) are now allowed an FAA medical and to become commercial pilots.

The way I see it is planes are the most complicated piece of machinery that is apart of every day usage.
