Some updates and a better picture from local groups. People are trying to say it’s Aaron Pennington a guy who just killed his wife in mass but I don’t see the resemblance.

That would be crazy if true. However, that murder was related to domestic violence. Most mass shootings involve strangers. I imagine Aaron would be hiding than killing random people.

Yeah I don't buy that he dyed his hair even if on the down low and also dyed and grew a full beard. I'm trying to get on the sex offender registry for that guy in ME named 'Robert Card' but it's one day off for DOB & not loading for me.

Locations are roughly 2.5 hours apart, everything up North there is relatively close. The issue isn't distance for me its that either that camera changed that dudes hair completely (which is plausible) or he decided to get a fresh cut before.
