The funny thing about these lawyer threats is that the farthest large companies that have actual legal teams like Nintendo and Squeenix will usually go is just to send a cease and desist notice or a DMCA takedown. Having someone making SFM porn of her characters would probably be the best thing that could happen to her, that is why she is baiting so hard: She would get free advertisement for her 'game', she could push her "muh-harassment" narrative and even make her sinking tug boat float a little higher (1,736$ per month btw.).
