Most autistic thing you've purchased lately - c'mon feel the cringe

Bought this Spawn book but then I had to send the first one back because Amazon fucked up (like they always do) and the bookcase shell had a bunch of dents and scuff marks all over it.

Also bought myself a thermal shirt to wear under my clothes since the weather is getting colder.

kuromi keychain because i like kuromi
Based Kuromi enjoyer!

I work at an anime/gaming/nerd goods store and one of our biggest selling items are croc charms and other croc charm accessories- I'd rather be punched in the face repeatedly than wear crocs but I bought a rubber bracelet specifically for work so I can show off how the charms fit into it. I always keep a Kuromi charm in it. Very close to buying one of the Kuromi enamel pins we just got in!

My SIL said that crocs with charms are hugely popular with the under twelves rn. Looked at getting a pair for my niece, but the only ones I could afford were Shein knock offs that were probably more lead and asbestos than plastic.

Kuromi is the best Sanrio character.

I've been into fragrance for years and I think I'm finally piercing into the autismo sphere of appreciating interesting scents even if they aren't necessarily pretty. I've never been especially into florals, gourmands, or ''edible'' scents, but if you had told me 5-6 years ago that I'd be falling in love with Le Long Fond and ordering a full-size of Hinoki wood + Cedar + Patchouli + Amber + White musk which ends up smelling exactly like a coniferous forest, I'd probably have clutched my Jo Malone and called you insane.
Thankfully, my husband likes it a lot, but it was a really risky bet and I'm glad it paid off.
I also have a batch of samples coming in for things I just want to smell but know won't work for me. I'm very curious about Moth by Zoologist and think it might be a winner if it's anything like what I'm picturing, but the other ones are just to satisfy my curiosity.

Toshiba N300 8TB. After a lot of messing about I now have Radarr/Sonarr/Lidarr/Readarr all set up and mapped and might have gone just a little bit crazy so now my server is rapidly running out of space. I will likely pick up one or two more 8TB NAS drives on Black Friday if there are any decent deals on Seagate or Toshiba 8TB+ drives.
Not Western Digital though. Fuck Western Digital after the whole SMR thing.

A Vortex Solo R/T monocular.

It will come in handy then I go on hikes & kayaking. I also work across from an isolated railroad crossing, so I see a fair amount of trainspotters, railroad workers, & amateur photographers goofing off. I wanted to be able to observe them a bit better when work is slow.
At some point I'll have to not be a lazy bastard & learn how to use the ranging reticle.

Planned to buy a TV bench this month, because the walls in my flat is shit and couldn't bear the weight of the previous. Ironically, the wall can carry the TV just fine. So I guess the total weight of all the vases were too much
Since the one I'm planning to buy is from Ikea and never going to get discontinued. Whereas this vintage vase was the only listing on ebay. So real fear of missing out, and for the beauty of this. It's a big bargain, because it would be well over 1k nowadays.
studio-linie was the stamp Rosenthal used in the 80's, and while I have no doubt it's authentic. I have asked Versace support about it, and while I'm still waiting on an answer. I'm predicting "We don't have everything archived, so we can't give you an answer. We are sooo sowwy"

The plan is to put it on a coffee table of real marble and stick fake blossoms into it or something. Maybe real feathers? Had to get rid of the other one, because it was way too big. Anyway, that's going to be well into next year.

You're going to become a trainspotter-spotter?

We're reaching levels of autism that should only be theoretical.

As the resident Spawn superfan I salute you.

For thread tax - I bought the new KF shirt, Birth of a Nation on laserdisc and spent a small fortune on a new hvac system.

Bought some digital videogames. God bless Argentinian prices, instant 50–90% discount compared to Western markets, and all you need is a VPN to redeem the codes.

Atari 50: the Anniversary Celebration
Bunch of old-ass games for which I don't have any nostalgia, since it was before my time, but I thought I'd familiarize myself with history. All I can say, that shit is pretty rough. Nintendo is for troons and manchildren, but still, it's a good thing they came along and started making playable games.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
I've been watching Dragon Ball Z. Never saw it back when it was airing, but I'm in the mood for some goofy classic anime, and I also got the game to accompany it. It has an encyclopedia with cool autistic shit like relationship charts and background information about the world.

I also got Stray. Haven't played it yet, but it's about a cat in a place inspired by Kowloon Walled City, so sounds like a good time.
