Let me know if I'm wrong, but aren't there like laser removal and other treatments for someone to permanently remove/visually get rid of facial hair? I still don't get why so many of them still have facial hair, if there is stuff like that to get rid of them fully. Especially those that get 5'o clock shadows so easily.

It's expensive, time-consuming and can be painful when done on sensitive areas like the upper lip. Getting it done privately will cost him a few thousand pounds, minimum, and the state healthcare (NHS) doesn't pay for cosmetic treatment. That's why the troons are so adamant that it's life saving care and should be provided free on the NHS for any trans person who wants it.
