Had my surgery 3 months ago with Lubos in Munich. 2 weeks ago I had a lot of white stuff around my vagina, went to a gynecologist and she said it was a bacterial infection, gave me antibiotics, etc.

I thought healing was going fine, but I’ve been having trouble sitting. Today I felt pain while dilating and I took this photo. I’m not exactly sure what that swollen part around the hole in the middle is - is that my urethra?

The issue is, I leave for a 2 month long trip on Thursday, non refundable tickets. If that is my urethra, I will go to my urologist before then, but if not I will try to see a gynecologist. That area used to look more healed, so I’m confused about the sudden pivot to red. I’m also attaching an earlier photo so you can see what it looked like 2 weeks ago.

Or is this a worrisome sign that I should probably cancel my trip over?

Had stage 1 abdominal phallo a year ago with Dr. Goosen in Australia. Had some tissue necrosis which lead to the thick scarring on my penis, but hopefully that can be revised a bit if I get stage 2/glansplasty. Overall, I'm happy with my cock, I feel much more comfortable with myself.
