I think Sapir-Whorf is more relevant here. It's not about physically telling two colors apart, it's about having words for colors. Women know more words for colors, due to female socialization.

The development of words for colors is very recent, any possible evolutional adaptation predates it by tens of thousands of years. Even though prehistoric women were able to distinguish colors better than men and might have used it in gathering (or maybe not, not everything has to be an adaptation), they still only had two or three words: white, black and possibly red.

I used to think that these pooners spent ages crafting the captions and the fonts they are written in. A sort of collage, carefully drawing and cutting out each individual letter. But no, it looks like it's just speech recognition software, and hilariously it's got her pronouns wrong and she hasn't even spotted it. "I use Bay Ven pronouns."
