This fat faggot was likely drinking all day with someone he wanted to fuck and I don't know about you, that guy likely did not want to entertain the idea of fucking him.

But hey, fake HRT pregnancy is a way better story than being rejected and drunkenly throwing up everywhere. And he's a proven alcoholic so I'm hedging my bets on that.

Rumors that I can believe. A sane doctor (as sane as one prescribing HRT can get anyway) should be very hesitant to prescribe any hormonal treatments to obese individuals - Obesity puts significant strain on the cardiovascular system, and Hormonal treatments seem to aggravate that and put you at real risk of heart damage. Jim absolutely would take one look at a doctor saying "You need to lose some weight before its safe to treat you" and just jumping over to bathtub horse piss tablets.

Jim 'Could' have shopped around doctors to find one who'd rubber stamp it, but that'd require effort on his part.

Your body does not randomly fail base functionalities (including but not limited to; internal pain, organ failure, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea) for no reason. If your body is randomly doing shit to make your miserable, it's because there's something WRONG with it. If you do not know yourself what it is (ie: eating a food you know makes you sick), GO SEE A FUCKING DOCTOR AND LISTEN TO THEM. If said advice includes "stop taking those fucking skittles", do it or be perfectly okay with your slow suffering and death.
