I was gonna say Jim's probably ignoring it because it's not a well publicized issue but then I remembered he's still making videos complaining about shovelware in digital stores years after everyone stopped giving a fuck, so I'm actually at a loss for what his process is when it comes to deciding on JQ topics.

Maybe it's as simple as whatever he can recycle a script for, since there's been at least 2 videos I can think of this year that are carbon copies of old episodes.

Serious question, what's it going to take to get this thread moved to the Stinkditch where it belongs?

Virtually all troons in stinkditch are only cows because of trooning out, whereas most people who have any knowledge of Jim still know him as the fat angry video game man; many are actually surprised to learn he's trooned out because he hasn't been relevant for years.

Even though it's impossible to separate his gender shit from his current content, it's still not really what makes Jim interesting (although it's certainly fun to laugh at). If he gave up the LARP tomorrow the thread would still be active because we're far more interested in the rapid deterioration of his career which would continue unabated because, dress or no dress, Jim is a fat miserable cunt who absolutely hates his life.

That's true, but my feeling is a cow belongs on a board based on what the community finds interesting about them. You could equally argue people like Jim, Moviebob and Patrick S. Tomlinson belong on the Deathfat board (especially Pat, because he is very, very fat) just as much as they belong anywhere else, but while Jim's morbid obesity and the problems it causes are entertaining it's not the core of what makes him interesting.

What's really interesting about Jim, at least in my opinion, is that a man making $15k a month managed to completely burn his shit down because he couldn't cope with making one YouTube video a week about video games. Instead he had to put in uninformed rants about capitalism, then the wrestling shit, then unfunny skits that dragged on for too long, then finally the gendercult nonsense.

It didn't really come as particularly glorious on Jim's part since looking at what the guy was saying, unlike with DH he genuinely seemed to be mentally unwell and not really in control of his own actions so it mostly came across as Jim siccing his audience on a disturbed guy and acting like it was a great big triumph after he ruined his career because he started saying slurs.

Like its all so petty and stupid, it kind of reveals how limp Jim actually is, its not like Activism or Ubisoft actually gives a shit what he said no matter how much he pretended otherwise, so in his quest to make himself feel like an important man in the videogame industry he fixates far more on retarded grudges and campaigns against comparative nobodies in the indie game scene since they are the only people that Jim can make an impact on at his level.

I bet Jim was spunking his drawers when that happened, thinking he'd finally managed to piss another psycho off again to the point he could cash in on playing the victim; his video on the topic was called 'I can't believe a developer tried to kill my channel' and was one of the only videos he's had in the last 2-3 years that has done numbers north of 300k.

I don't think Jim is doing this in some grand plan to provoke another lawsuit and get another fifteen minutes of fame, I think he just enjoys punching down and shitting on things. With Domina as mentioned earlier in the thread the dev was clearly in the middle of some kind of mental breakdown, Stray Souls is in the almost the same position as Slaughtering Grounds was being a game no one knows exist with Jim only exposing the game to way more people than it ever would've.

The main difference between 2014 and now is that there isn't the same problem of obvious low effort asset flips shitting up Steam, Stray Souls isn't being held up and used as an example of whats going on at the moment. Its a very obviously bad game being punched down at by someone who enjoys being a miserable bastards so much he double dipped and talked about it twice.
