I can see the real plastic surgeons treating their patients with more respect and empathy. Women who get mastectomies generally don't have these surgeries because they want to. Teet yeet surgeons are just looking for an easy payout, and sloppy work doesn't matter.

I have an elderly male relative who had breast cancer (yes 1/10 who get breast cancer are male), who walks aroud shirtless all the time, and his teet-yeet scars look better than most pooners i've seen. Mileage may of course vary because of his sex, (he was still quite fat by our standards) but there was no nipple reconstruction or concideration how it woud look because he is an old man, but it still looks better and he looks more like a man than most pooners. You notice the lack of nipples before you notice the scars.

As for the ugly scars pooners get, some of it is definitely due to shoddy medical practice, but I wouldn't be surprised if they deliberately tried to make them scar due to ~aesthetics~.

Definitely a few possibilities…they never outgrew their self-harming teenager phase (or literally are still teenagers), want the scar to look as gnarly as possible bc self harm/attenshun/fetish/trans pride or some shit and purposely pick at it, and also a lot of them have low standards of hygiene and are fat/unhealthy or just too dumb to be trusted with post-surgical care.

Truly, one couldn’t ask for a better candidate for elective surgery to be paid for by insurance. On the plus side, you can literally call your patient’s wound dehiscence a “blow hole” and they’ll still promote you.

It's 50/50 surgeon and patient's fault, pooners who take photos of their crusty nipples 2 days post op instead of let them behind surgical dressing, as well as most of them don't follow the post op care properly (skip days, are lazy etc), kinda like trannies who don't follow their dilation process and then complain they lost inches.

There's a YouTuber called thelegitcreep who's a professional piercer. She says one of the most frustrating things is having to rely on clients to hold up their end of the deal when it comes to after care. Either they assume they know better or just can't be bothered. If that's what it's like for a piercer, I can only imagine what it's like for a surgeon (who actually gives a damn about their patients).

This all reminds me of the dialysis episode of Last Week Tonight that fucking terrified me. The head of DaVita, a dialysis company, wants his clinics to be run like Taco Bells. He actually said that - directly compared medical clinics to fast food restaurants. That's the vibe I get from cunts like Dr. Mengallagher and it's fucking dystopian.

There are oodles of pictures online of post-mastectomy women, both single- and double-, and I've never seen one that looked as bad as these. I have also seen many pictures of post-breast reduction people, both women and men (who had gynecomastia) and NONE of them had scars like this!

I recently saw a YouTube series about a man who found out that he had a large benign tumor in his chest cavity, and his scar looked a lot like it could have been Sieve's handywork, but it was actually done by a thoracic surgeon who did it this way so they wouldn't have to saw through his sternum, which is EXTREMELY painful to recover from. And not surprisingly, he had a few areas that didn't heal well, but it was less painful than the alternative.
