Maybe I'm a little black pilled on the subject, but I don't think age changes them much, at least not for the better in this respect. Frankly, I rather doubt they have the capacity for that kind of change to begin with. It's there or it isn't.

It's always a bit of a laugh to have some roastie lecture you about how people change and mature as they age when she hasn't matured a day mentally since she turned 16.
