Taking oestrogen doesn't change the voice at all, which is why pooner detransitioners can't go back to their old voice. Male troons who change their voice are just doing their impression of a female voice, like the guys in Monty Python. That's not what's happening. They just break character once a stressful situation starts. And some, like that guy, simply don't bother doing an impression to begin with.
