There's no infiltration. Christianity in the west is a hollow shell of what it's supposed to be. A large chunk has devolved into moralism and political idolatry. It's why you see Tik Toks of progressive Christians trying to bend the Bible into saying Jesus was trans or the other end saying Trump was sent by God. These people don't care about the actual history or theology they just want to be seen as superior.
They think God works in a transactional way like a karma system in a video game where if you do enough good things (or bare minimum, pretend to be good) you'll unlock that stairway to heaven. If you could actually be a "Good" person on your own accord then Jesus wouldn't need to die. Unfortunately the world is broken and that includes it's inhabitants as documented by this website, so if they had actually read the book they're supposed to believe in they'd have seen that big word REPENT and you wouldn't get these repeated headcases who bottle up their issues to keep up a facade, they might actually be compelled to find and get help. You'd think a pastor of all people would be exempt but that thinking is exactly how they get away with no accountability.

It'd be easy for me to laugh at this guy, but he probably dealt with a lot of turmoil and misery, and he has a family. It sucks and I wish these people actually received treatment rather than indiscriminate enabling.

but if so then why shoot himself? suicide is one of the worst things you can do especially if you are a priest. it really just shows you that these people are everywhere and they know what they are doing is fucked up but they do not care because its what they get off on and when they do get caught rather than apologize or try to explain themselves they just take the cowards way out because they are too ashamed to even admit they have a weird fetish.

Honestly, it's lucky that the cops caught him on the road because there's every chance that if he'd gotten home he would've turned that gun on his wife and children. Now there's at least only one casualty.
