Official Kiwifarms Woman-Hate Thread - DO NOT post about OTHER USERS or OTHER THREADS from THIS WEBSITE.

I like how last night someone made a thread on "What age do women hit the wall" and of course, ever insecure and bereft of imagination, the women had to clap back by owning the scrotes with a "what age do men hit the wall" thread, as if the concept applies similarly to both sexes.

Btw I'd say 27-28 or so is when you start noticing unpleasant age-related visual features starting to surface in women (especially more pronounced nasolabial folds, skin changes, and fat distribution that becomes unflattering).
Not at all like they immediately become hideous, but it's when they show you earlier pictures and you think to yourself "She was cute when she was younger".

Although maybe the perception of that changes as a person ages.

I just went hard calorie restriction, Zig Zag diet style, so 1500-1600 calories five days a week, and then 2000-2100ish for two, usually Monday and Thursday. I also added in fasting Fri-Sat. The trick is to go, if not full on Keto go mostly, so you're spending your calories on protein and good fats, it's helps with satiety. I did 1/2 cup before cooking of rice, mostly beef of some kind, eggs, and cottage cheese to round out the base, add whatever else as needed. I'm mostly one meal a day anyways, so I'm used to going long stretches without eating. YMMV and it is a bit extreme, but I had a fair bit to lose and then decided to keep going while I had momentum. Learn to love seasoning, it helps a lot.

Now that I'm focused more on maintaining, I'm just changing things slowly, easier to troubleshoot that way.
At some point in time I just switched to eating things that seem sane like fish, vegetables, chicken breast, very little dairy or carbohydrates, and my belt loops kept going down.

Although I really disagree with getting rid of a microwave, I find it frustrating that it's been labeled a trendy thing to not have a microwave for health reasons because it's associated with processed garbage when in reality if you're creative a microwave is one of the most useful items you can have for eating well.

You can cook vegetables in a microwave rather than firing up the oven, I do it all the time, whether they be fresh from the produce section/farmers market or (less ideally) the steam-in-bag shit you get from the frozen food aisle.

Cut up a fresh red beet, or a radish, or whatever then put it on a plate in the microwave for a few minutes until it gets soft. Take the radish greens from the radish or some fresh spinach, you nuke it until it shrinks up and gets soft then put on some minced garlic, seasonings, and olive oil.

Idk, my philosophy is that if people turn it into something that requires a lot of thought, they aren't going to stick with it. Who's going to spend the rest of their life obsessively counting calories, or scheduling fasting days? Proper nutrient intake has to be something that you train yourself to do thoughtlessly.

Being a fatso that loses weight while still obsessing over what they're eating is like being a drunk who has to go to 3 AA meetings a day just to stay sober. It's probably not going to last and it kind of defeats the purpose.

The perception changes as you age. I remember being so relieved when I was a substitute teacher while I was in college, and even the Senior girls gave me "she's just a child" vibes even though I was in those classes myself only 2-3 years prior. I'm in my 40s now and find some women in their 50s to be really attractive, and not really any under 28 or so anymore.

I can recommend Jonah Hill diet (homemade sushi only), managed to cut down a lot in just a few months. Snack on peanut butter, crackers, cheat days on the weekend.
I can dig that, tbh the homemade sushi is something I need to add, whether I go keto or not. I've been craving sushi for months, specifically sashimi and I don't know why. I assume it's a deficit in something; I believe magnesium. I'll have to read up on preparing homemade sashimi.

I hate women so much it's fucking unreal.
Well so do we. Now we are called pickmes by them for being allowed to post here, lol. Can't win.

No, to clarify, I was banned from the BP as a woman because someone got annoyed with something I said in the man hate thread and told him I was a man. So now I am here because I am now an honorary man.

Best way to see I am a woman is to see the massive amount of seething downboats I got from men in the guy who shot the judge thread. I just thought it was funny. Or just search my name and pregnant. Goes back to the beginning of this particular acct with that type of PL.

You know, I thought she posted enough in A&N to know you were from Br*tain. Guess not. Dumb thing to pick an argument about tbh.
In fairness to her, I did goof. When I did examinations it was part of a medical study into geno-pheno of BRCA mutants. The training is on the same level as a district nurse, but their actual role is a specialise radiographer. The nurses that are attending don't do the full examination, but they are present. My unironic sexism just had them as nurses in my head lol.

That is interesting. I know in Germany there is basically no profession of ultrasonographer. It is all done by the doctor themselves for the most part. I know this because I was pregnant there.

It was also interesting because there is no separate coverage for dental. It is all rolled into medical which appears to be not that common even in countries with state run insurance.

I think I got banned for not being a TERF, but not sure.

What's the best thing about dating college girls? I keep getting older and they stay the same age.

Absolutely, no woo bullshit here. Just a personal choice, I too hate trendy shit in food. I appreciated it when gluten-free become trendy, because it expanded my options, but then you have to deal with all the woo bullshit that comes with it, even with having a legitimate issue. Thought about picking one up, but I've just gotten used to not having one.

I mostly agree, you just have to make things as simple for yourself as possible. It's like working out, same foundational things on the same days, change up some of the details as you like. I suppose having to keep an eye on everything that I eat makes things like keeping an eye on calories easier for me. But I see it with other people all the time and it is hard for them. On the other hand, having to listen to people struggling with these things act like redditors and lecture me when I tell them things they don't want to hear or go against conventional wisdom when I've been successful makes me want to see them fail a bit. Also, calorie burning is technically chemistry, not physics, but I hear that one too. Dumbass fucking reddit midwits think their body literally burns calories or some shit.

It's a tool like anything else. If you have a reason for one, you'll get one.

That's why I lean more towards Keto or keto adjacent diets. Meat good, meat simple, me eat meat.

You're saying I am not flame incarnate? Fuck. I gotta sit down.

Keto makes it easy, just make sure you're getting enough fiber for...reasons.

It is disappointing that my gut is not a literal furnace, consuming everything in flame. Current redhead had her google watch app telling her she burned just shy of 3000 calories in a day, she's a stewardess on an airplane. I'm pretty sure I'm going to hit 2400-2500 a day when all is said an done. I'm pretty sure workout equipment and those app run high, like vanity sizing.

I still have no idea who's reporting from this thread, but you never know. There's only a handful of regulars and I'd be willing to bet that the reports aren't coming from them. But fuck us anyway, I guess.
women: complain endlessly about being sexualized (starting in their teens)

also women: consume & write tens of thousands of slash fiction about harry potter/draco malfoy underage rape (starting in their teens)

because it's different™ when your coom is text instead of pictures
It's about control. Even when men mirror that behavior by writing their own stories, they take issue with it without having any self-awareness.
