Well I decided to end my two year no nut just in time for no but November. I blame women in general but it’s mostly my fault. I accept the shame though.

Just a reminder, the release of prostate contents on a regular basis is a healthy practice. If you don't do this one way or the other you end up with literal toxins (and these aren't "toxins" that those cleanse idiots try to sell you juice for, but real toxins such as carcinogens) building up and increasing your temporal exposure which increases your long term risk of prostate cancer.

This is very well researched medical science over decades of time. If you don't believe me, look it up for yourself.

Doing NNN one or twice won't cause any serious harm, but if you make a point of doing it every year, over time, that is a significant increase in temporal exposure. So, at a minimum, consider making this an intermittent practice, every few years, etc... and not an every year thing.

That's a tough trick to pull off, unless you use condoms. If you don't use them, I'd say its just about impossible. From what I know women can tell for sure.
 
It's completely dumb how redditors are trying to avoid doing what comes naturally. I mean, i tried to do no fap november a few times but i made it briefly past three days. It's perfectly okay to jerk off, we are boys and as men, nothing is as wholesome as doing it yourself. People did it in medieval times, during world war two and people are doing it today. Masturbation is something that simply happens and shouldn't be restricted by any kind of commandment.
