Although similar incidents have occurred repeatedly, this time, discussions in the United States about the recent school shooting in Nashville, where Audrey Hale entered a school and killed three children and three adults, have focused more on the gender of the perpetrator rather than the massacre itself.

Many are claiming that Hale committed the murder due to the revenge for not being able to convince their family of their gender transition, saying, "They committed the murder because they are trans." While there is no defense for Hale's brutality, it is unfair to use their transgender status as a justification, especially when the heterosexual status of those who commit similar atrocities is not used as a reason for their crimes. This unfairly stigmatizes millions of transgender individuals who have never committed any acts of violence.

The highly conservative American society often tends to exploit such opportunities against minorities. The identification and targeting of defined groups are favored by such a society. By using Hale as an excuse, this opportunism is now being directed against transgender individuals. It's indeed strange that some claim that if Hale had received a good religious education, they wouldn't have committed the murder. This is strange because the school where Hale carried out the massacre, The Covenant School, is a Christian institution where Hale himself was once forcibly sent to receive Christian education. Having received religious education, whether forcibly or willingly, does not prevent a person from becoming a murderer. It might even exacerbate their anger. Some of the perpetrators of previous school shootings were considered religious individuals.
Psychologists, of course, approached the case in the right way. They diagnosed Hale with "Emotional Distress," acknowledging that what they experienced as a transgender individual had an impact on these crimes.
Hale doesn't seem to be a person who would naturally kill, according to what has been written about them. Hale is described as a commercial illustrator/graphic designer who publishes their works online and is sensitive enough to work on a children's book about a service dog.

Authorities have disclosed that two of the three automatic rifles used by Hale were purchased from a local gun store. It's clear that conservatives who support the gun lobby will not criticize the easy accessibility of firearms.

The irony being that, by releasing that needlessly confirmatory statement, they gave all the proof needed to those who might have questioned whether the leak was real (except for the retards who can't be bothered to read the highlights of a thread before shitting it up).
He could have followed the lead of other press releases and not quite say "yeah this is totally real" but he didn't. He also says who has control over the journals and notes that his department is "not at liberty" to release them (i.e. is also bound by the court orders) and looks forward to the journal situation being 'resolved.' He certainly has to say that they're very, very upset by this leak. He may also believe it, since he probably doesn't like the idea of some random patrol cop calling an audible. Maybe he secretly isn't too unhappy that this shit is starting to get out, though.

We all got focused on the FTM aspect but maybe that was incidental to her identity. Sounds like she would have much preferred to be black more than anything else. It’s a whole shit fight in the courts and the cops are expected to uphold the law so having some pages leak before the matter had been adjudicated is a major problem. The court had only reached the point of ruling whether or not the victims group had a right to intervene - not even the matter of releasing the documents.
Something interesting mentioned in the recent media. The suicide note was found in her room, along a password list for her laptop. It also stated that she had many journals dedicated to school shooters.
I think they were viewing this as an unhinged person who became enamored with school shooters, studied them, wanted to emulate them and join their ranks.
Therefore by releasing all her documents she becomes the next “school shooting celebrity” and copies of her diary and writings will be found at one of the next school shooters bedrooms or laptop. They are trying to prevent Audrey becoming one of the more famous members of the school shooters club, and releasing reams of her journals would definitely make her one of the more famous ones that other weirdos would obsess about given all the material they could get their hands on to fap over.
