They either fail terribly, or they succeed in making it literal treason for politicians to lie to stay in power.
This will be very entertaining for the rest of my life if they win.

Which is why you establish bare minimum fetal viability standards for medical licensing as part of your abortion ban law, to be administered by an appointed state board of physicians in-line with published medical evidence.
Any doctor who goes "activist" gets stripped of their license.

I keep telling myself if Trump wins 2024, there's going to be a lot of hell to pay for every office yet. With any mercy, Trump would just go after the federal and states government onward. Even so, many institutions are against Trump and will do whatever they can possible to quell his power.

If he made that the #1 goal of his administration, and re-established the right of elected presidents to purge their executives at will after 3 years of litigation, it would create a new era in governance.
