As @EatBeforeYouEat mentioned earlier, there was a point in his life where Jack, though dumb and fat, still had a personality that was tolerable for other people to be around and be friends with. That's completely gone now, and with it, any reason for anyone to knowingly be in Jack's presence.

Jack recently posted this weird screen recording from his Ring Camera app or whatever, and it included a notification showing Tammy carrying Jack's walker into the house. Maybe mundane on its own, but it gives a little insight into what life is like in the Scalfani compound. It's basically a private end-of-life care facility with someone playing Call of Duty in the background. Plus, they moved even further away from "town" - it's not hard to see why old friends have fallen off.

Whoever called this as being Garrett-related, I think you nailed it - and of course, Garrett's animosity is well earned. If I were him and knew my little half brother was living an extended childhood on the family estate, while I've had to cobble together a precarious life selling acid and shit, I'd be bitter, too. As for the family drama, I'm guessing there's something about Garrett wanting to see Tammy's parents for Thanksgiving but not Jack.

In today's episode, we see Jack reach levels of homosexuality he's not openly displayed since the stroke, in the company of the handsome and masculine Edgar, we get a fey hand-shading his lips while Jack talks, a flamboyant fanning of the mouth, a petulant calling Tammy "Mom", and most significant of all, an excited "I cannot believe how much meat, dude. This is the most I've ever seen." In addition, Jack gets to be the most uninformed ignorant faggot he usually is, having to have common Spanish food terms explained to him despite spending close to 50 years living in Southern California. This is the happiest Jack has been having meat pound his tongue in months.

Yum yum sauce is served in some Japanese restaurants. It's basically mayo with some additional ingredients. It's not spicy and only slightly darker than plain mayo, so I have no idea how you could confuse it with habanero sauce.

That was a terrible Jack on the go courtesy of Jack himself slurring through the video and harassing everyone with questions. He literally asked "WHAT TYPE OF MEAT DID YOU GET?" individually to everyone on the table.

When he pointed the camera towards Brianna's body I thought it was Tammy for a second. Than he pointed the camera at Tammy and she is still at least twice the level of fat as Brianna but Bri is catching up quick!

Edgar seems like a good person and has the imperturbability of a saint. I would be seething if someone annoyed me as much as Jack annoyed him while he was trying to eat.

Everything about Jr's existence screams lowbrow. It boggles my mind he actually takes pride in putting on such an appearance.

25 seconds into this upload, Jack mentions that Robert visited him in the hospital/nursing home "at least 20 times." He then goes on to seethe about his other "friends" who lived "like, a block away." Supposedly, these "friends" expressed hope for recovery, and said they'd visit Jack but never did. From his body language (the subconscious stroking of the raw meat, vocal cadence, etc.), Jack seems kind of irked/hurt by this, and appears to be trying to shove his emotions down so the viewer doesn't notice.

I think 99.99% of Jack's friends and acquaintances have fallen by the wayside and are through with him. Hell, when did we last see Robert? He might've finally hit his wall and tapped the fuck out.
