Eren could literally go "fuck paradis, marley FOREVER" and you mfs would still go "actually he was always like this, this really fits his character"
"Actually, I always had a fondness for Titans tbh. I also hate Mikasa and want to be trapped behind the walls, kinda cozy ngl"

I disagree.

From the moment that it was revealed that "We are on a single island in a larger world and the Eldians are there because of Racismz" this show was doomed.
It could've worked, it's good enough as an explanation of what was happening. They could've just never revealed where Titans were coming from or why but that would be unsatisfying (not that what we got was ultimately satisfying either, obviously).

They made the buildings futuristic, but forgot to make the weapons futuristic too and in the post apocalyptic shot the buildings are still modern lmao.

You can tell this was a last minute change.
I just realized there was no new opening either (nor ending either, though that makes more sense considering the way the ending scenes were structured). Seems they cut a few corners to get it out some time this year.

You can tell that the animators behind this are just too desperate and lazy
>tfw your studio works you to goddamn death by taking on a billion projects at once and people still call you lazy

I wish I was right, but apparently they made both an opening and ending but just didn't include them (at least not on Crunchyroll). I just watched them and now I wish they didn't exist (or at least the ending, it's sung by a fucking tranny of all things, Eren can't catch a fucking break lol).

Am I actually supposed to think this troon looks elegant and girly? At least the opening song was pretty cool.

For one thing, I think that's overthinking it and just an assumption, I don't remember that ever being mentioned as a genuine threat. It reminds me of when people try to power scale in DBZ using planetary density as factors, as if Toriyama actually considered Planet Vegeta's density so nerds could apply real world physics to Frieza's feats. I'm inclined to believe that even if that's a logical assumption as to what would happen in real life with a Rumbling that it wasn't a serious consideration by Isayama at the time.

For another, that's a pretty difficult thing to estimate in real life, so we don't know for sure if it would render the entire Earth uninhabitable. Life is pretty adaptable and our planet has went through some extinction level events before yet life persevered. Humans could probably figure out a way to survive, and regardless, it's still better to gamble on it than to put yourself at the mercy of those who want you dead.
Whether or not Isayama was thinking about the full implications of The Rumbling is honestly irrelevant. The fact is, the Rumbling would have killed every animal on Earth, plus most of its plant life. The lost of plant ecosystems, such as rainforests, alone, would have rendered the Earth practically uninhabitable due to the loss of oxygen production and regulators of Earth's temperature. The lost of animal life in addition to that would have done the biosphere in. Though the Earth may recover in a few millennia, humanity would be long gone by that point.

Are you actually assuming Marley would be okay with this and not turbo genocide Eldians after they become no longer useful?
Why would Marley even bother at that point? All they'd have to do is wait for the Eldians to die off within a couple of generations.

Hell you don't need common sense to see how it happens. Aside from the recent additions the anime made to the ending (since Erenfags will scream "RETCON"), it's been consistent that larger titans are destructive to the environment. Being near one can burn someone alive, and has set trees on fire. The Rumbling had the giant colossal titans boil the water and probably set god knows how many trees on fire. The regular Colossal Titan too is a giant nuke as well.

I like how he had to specify it's limited to 2D lmao I very much doubt that, and he's basically planted the seed in his wife's mind in any case, it might not be a greenlight but it's at least yellow. What a retard.

You can't just say it's irrelevant and make it so. They killed Eren to save their enemies like a bunch of retarded traitors, not to save the planet because everyone would die. You're rewriting the manga by replacing their motivations.

So no, what's not relevant is that kind of overly scientific analysis, like with the example I provided earlier. The Rumbling in-universe would not lead human extinction even if it would in real life.

Though that speculation is not relevant, for argument's sake let's say we do consider exactly how much damage to Earth it would cause, it's just your opinion that it would wipe out all life. We don't have giant monsters so we can't possibly predict with 100% accuracy to what degree they'd effect the Earth. You're free to speculate but it is not a "fact", you're unable to prove it, and I doubt it would have that extreme of an effect.

You got an actual source on this or do you just think any woman you don't find attractive must have been born with a penis?
I mean, there's lots of women I don't find attractive but they still look like bonafide women. That looks and sounds like a dude to me, but I've admittedly only made an assumption.
