Brianna Wu / John Walker Flynt - "Biggest Victim of Gamergate," Failed Game Developer, Failed Congressional Candidate

The comma before the too is not technically necessary, but it's not wrong either.

It's a stylistic choice. Some publications insist that it be used, but others insist that it's an example of over-punctuation and that the meaning is perfectly clear without the comma.
I believe that the use of the comma in this position is the older method, but that newer styles that prefer a leaner, puncher style with less punctuation (e.g. most news publications). I could be wrong about this, too, though.

You are correct.

The older style called for setting too off with commas in almost all cases. For example, even "Me, too!" or "I, too, will attend." would require commas. Very few would use commas in those sentences today. Eventually, using a comma before too at the end of a sentence will also be regarded as archaic.

This is a bit off the current subject, but with the game looking more than ever that it is about to release what would would be the possibility of having Amanda Warner or Brianna do an AMA here?

Even if she was invited by Ghazi (assuming they still liked her), I don't think she'd do it. The possibility of an open forum where she can't control the narrative isn't good for her. The interview she had which she called "a hit piece" is evidence enough of that; even the slightest deviation from her status as True and Honest Victim is too much.

Oh look, with 5 days to go (my balls retract with anticipation) until R60 is released, someone actually wrote an article about it.

Of course it's one of Wu's inveterate ass patters. Since there's no call to action available like a store page where people could pre-order or wishlist the game, even the tiny handful of people who read it and who might be interested in buying it will have forgotten about it by the time it comes out. Wu can even manage to botch publicity from the small handful of sycophants she still has left.

>And when you beat the game, you will get access to a menu that instantly unlocks the other 23 endings.

Great strategy right there; remove any replay value the game has by showing all the endings without any context to what caused them to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if this was done purposefully so that people don't realise that the majority of the storyline is completely unaffected by whether you choose to be "professional and dull" or "sassy and cool self insert of what Brianna thinks she sounds like", and whether or not you fail or complete the QTEs.

"One of gaming’s most outspoken developers has gone back to update one of her best-known releases."

This is clearly the work of a journalist who is as talented and ethical as Flynt/Wu his own self.

A major factual error -- i.e., a huge, intentional lie -- in the very first sentence states that Giant Tranny SpaceKat has released numerous games and that, of those games, this is one of the best-known. I'd like to see a list of the other "best-known" games from this all-but-nonexistent company.

It sucks that someone who created such an amazing game, Unreal was/is one of my top 3 games, went down the SJW path.

Seriously...do they put something in the water in San Francisco?

Fuck them all.

Not in the water, but SF has a huge problem with lead poisoning from paint and pipes. Maybe not a coincidence, SoCal has a long history of cults dating back to 19th century.

What a fucking asshole, flat-out contradicting himself on his public Twitter!

John v. John! (No specific examples because I can't be assed for it right now)
John before: PLEASE DON'T PIRATE REV60 GOOBERGOPHERS
John now: Ugh! How dare they put malware in my torrent browser!
My god what a dumb article. There's nothing of substance in there that hasn't been said better by others.

Wu's profile on that page is just as ridiculous. There's got to be someone on the staff that thought it would be funny to use this

as Wu's profile picture. As a bonus, Frank's gaping maw is just under the picture there.

I never see that happening, and even if it somehow were to happen...I doubt it'd be informative or amusing. Amanda likely doesn't want to be critical (openly) of her former employer and Brianna would just shriek at us about how we're all Hitler incarnate and rape babies and other nonsense (GrapingGopher). Brianna has not responded well in places where she doesn't have power, and in places she did have power she either quickly ran away (Steam forums) or had it stripped from her (GamerGhazi). Basically, all that would be accomplished is wasting everyone's time and we wouldn't even get a chuckle out of it.

Are there even 23 endings? I was under the impression there was like 3.
