I don't know if it sounds stupid but I felt a little...better? that I could do something if I was hurt enough. My mind would rationalize that even if it would devastate my partner, she'd eventually move on. But now we have a son. And all I can think is, I can't do anything. I don't understand why they added black and brown to the flag to begin with, nor why black and brown people didn't get angry over it. The simplest design, the rainbow flag, I still believe was the best design and it didn't need to be changed at all for people to "feel included."

I wonder if in 30-50 years or so it will be illegal for the LGBTQWERTYs to breed, get IVF, or get readymade infants through surrogacy or adoption. The way things are going, the consequences of this "nothing matters and anything goes!" attitude about parenting, families and child rearing are going to be severe. Instead of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome there will be some sort of Same Sex Parenting Syndrome, Raised by Transsexuals Sex Drive Maladaptations, etc.

And the legal messes are going to be impressive too. To retain everyone's parental rights, little Johnnie or Janey could have multiple "parents" (of assorted and shifting gender identities of course).

It's really baffling (and horrifying) that something like 50 (if not more) years of child development research is being completely ignored with this LGBTQWERTY reproductive rights shit. The Sexual and Divorce Revolutions were bad enough, single parenthood has never been higher, but LGBTQWERTY reproductive rights add a whole new level of psycho-social experimentation on kids. Kids who do eventually grow up to be adults. A shrink once told me that kids set their sexual attraction meters really early. Often during their pre verbal infancy stage, based on how their parents interacted with them then.

Optimally "parents" should be one of each sex, biologically related to the child, and certainly not some kind of troon or pooner mix.
