I’m not a YouTube creator so don’t know how it all works. However, wasn’t the couple’s channel her original Beezer Show Channel (or whatever it was called) that she set up a business bank account for to avoid her channel termination issue.

I wonder if for whatever reason her Canadian bank has cancelled that business bank account. Maybe the CRA and/or her LIT have finally got garnishment of her accounts in place. It’s a long shot, but certainly a possible reason. Garnishment is unlikely though unless they also managed to garnish her personal accounts as well. If that’s happened she’d need to find a way to move her Adsense to another account, which other creators have suggested can’t be done.

YouTube wants their cut, and even though her views have tanked, Chantal is still profitable to them, imperceptibly as it might be. I think her main channel might be next on the chopping block though. If true, how has this taken so long to happen? Has she really been declared bankrupt, or is this being dealt with like a CCJ? A CCJ in the UK is basically where a court decides you owe money to your creditor, who has normally raised the case. If you don't turn up to the court, it is always ruled in the creditors favour. It is a civil judgement, recorded on the month of the judgement, which sits on your credit file, loudly fucking it to death.

To get any money back, the creditor who has won the CCJ would have to get a further judgment from the High Court to send bailiffs in to take the money in hard cash, assets etc. If they have this in Canada, they're going to have a hard time tracking her down in Kuwait

I've got a theory that she did have some decent amount of cash, that she has funnelled out to, most likely Salah, before the report was made. This was her living expenses for the first year. If she is trying to avoid an attachment, that trashes what she claimed about 10 videos ago when she said she is "sorting out her finances", unless she was using the Youtube money to pay off the debt, and now she thinks that has been done, she wants that sweet 0% tax rate in Kuwait.
