I think the inner ingrown hair infected cyst would be more of a nightmare. Ticking time bombs. They are better off gluing on prosthetic dongers. They can glue it on when going out so they can use a urinal with a STP funnel thing, or before sex and it would be just as messy but less painful and bad for your immune system. Please pooners! I did think about spoiling it, but it just looked SO much like an arm and hand that in the end I didn't. It just doesn't look anything like genitals so it hits my brain as an innocent body part even though I know what it is.

Jokes aside, if they implanted magnets and used them to hold the STP packers on they could switch them out for dildos during sex and have none of these horrifying results. I mean, maybe there are some downsides that I'm not thinking of, but it can't be worse than this *gestures vaguely at the whole thread..

What it says on the tin. I’m a few years on T now and I’ve noticed recently a gradual desensitisation of the head. My internal sensation remains the same. I’ve not had any noticeable growth in some time. The hood does not cover the tip, I imagine it touching underwear for years after previously being covered is the culprit.

This is causing me quite a bit of angst and I’m not really sure what I can do about it, if anything. I’m struggling to enjoy sex or even touching myself. Does anyone have advice? Is there anything I can do?

The on-demand erection that lasts as long as you want with no ED meds looks very practical. Week 3 - GRS w/ Bluebond-Langner/Zhao

Finally at week 3. I finally got my stitches removed, which hurt a bit and the skin at the introitus where the stitches were removed is a bit raw but it generally feels better without those stitches there; dilating feels at least somewhat better, though I'm not sure lol. I'm starting to feel somewhat happy with how things are looking though at the same time a bit worried that it won't end up looking that great. I'm hoping that as healing continues and swelling goes down everything will continue to look better and better, and I guess more like the beautiful vagina I want (it is already pretty tho). Overall though everything is looking better, and I'm optimistic that I will be happy with how everything ends up.

As for dilation, I've started to move up to the green dilator, and currently do 5 minutes with the blue dilator, then 10 with the green one. Bluebond and the assistant nurse both encouraged me to move up to green as I had been wanting to around this time, so I'm glad that that's been going well.
